Rides no longer get power or calorie count?

Looks like my rides recorded with the Android app in the past week or so have stopped getting power calculations and -- more important to me -- the calorie estimates. I see Garmin rides with all this data, so I'm wondering if that feature was shut down temporarily or permanently. (Accuracy issues, perhaps?)

    I set an account up for my wife using an Android phone - the same one I used to use and had calories reported.  We rode together yesterday and I had calories reported (using a Garmin) and she did not.

    Same with me, annoyingly the Cal count has disappeared! But the power distribution graphs still show up and everything though :/

    Noticed the same with my iPhone app. Last ride with a calorie count was 5/1/12.  Ride on 5/3/12 had none and none today.

    Iphone user... also stopped the calorie count ... been using another app to do it.  Any news yet?

    As of today, the calorie count has magically started appearing again. And better yet, if I go to an old ride that's missing a calorie count and do a fresh elevation lookup, I get the calorie count as well. Yay!

    Different question...i first started using this app on my android...when i finally figured out how to get to my account on the web, i realize i have 2 accounts....no idea how this happened but i have gotten no response to my inquiry for 3 days

    @Dave Viera - Sir, when you get an answer from them (IF you ever do), kindly share it here.  I've been awaiting some guidance for about 2 weeks, same as you.  I believe I found the source of the problem.  I had initially established an account with my primary e-mail account.   Then, unwittingly, on the Android mobile app, there's a bar to press to log on with your FaceBook account.  I did this by mistake and it set up a second account.  My FB and primary e-mail accounts are different.  Of course there's no warning about this.  The mobile app posts the ride data to whichever account is active on the device during the ride and naturally not the other.  And apparently no way to merge the two accounts so you can have it all in one place.  I did find a utility at:  http://cosmocatalano.com/strava-gpx-export/ that runs and grabs the datafiles from Strava.  OK, so I got the FB sourced ones saved to my HDD.  But then when I tried uploading these to the correct/chosen account, the first one got through, the second one did not because Strava complained that the second was a "Duplicate Activity" even though it had a different filename/timestamp.  Logged out and logged in several times, allowing a few hours and overnight to occur.  No luck.  Once you've uploaded just one via the website, you're done.  So I'm also waiting for an answer to that one too.

    Would be nice of you, should you hear back from these good folks to post their reply or a fix here.  I'll be sure to do the same.

    It looks like it's stopped again - ride today... no calories or power. Last week's ride came up, but took quite a few hours after the ride to show. What's happening!?

    Hello all - sorry for the delay.

    Sometimes the Calories do take a little longer to display - as calculating the elevation is a very intensive process, and elevation is necessary to calculate your Calories. This is especially true during periods of high upload activity (i.e. weekends).

    If you're not seeing your Calories display even after waiting a while, please make sure that you have entered a Weight into your profile at the Strava Settings page; this is necessary to calculate the Calories.  Or, check your activity page to see if the word Elevation at the top of the page is a clickable link - your elevation figure may need to be corrected before Calories to display.

    If none of these help, please open a support ticket.
