Refunds for Premium Membership

Strava Premium subscription fees are not eligible for refunds.  For more information, Please view the Cancellation section of our Terms of Use.  Upon cancellation, your Premium status will remain valid until your paid subscription end date.  This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions.  You can locate subscription information in the  Account Details section of your Strava account.

Merchandise Refund Time Estimate: Depending on your bank, refunds can take 5-7 business days to appear on your account once we have initiated the refund process on our end.
