Can I use Strava outside of the United States?

Yes. Strava works everywhere your GPS device can log rides. We have plenty of riders across the globe that are using our product.

One thing to note for International users: The default setting for units is miles and pounds. If you want to change this to kilometers and kilograms: 

1.  Log into your Strava account
2. Locate your name at the top right corner of the page and click on the downward arrow next to it to reveal the drop down menu
3. Select “Settings”
4. Scroll down and look for "Strava View Options" on the ride side of the page.  Here you will see the option to change the Units of Measurement.
